An update: Publications in Practice
One hundred MedComms Specialists, from across the North West UK and beyond, gathered together for an excellent afternoon's programme, reflecting on topical aspects of the publications business, including; impact of the Sunshine Act, the imminent arrival of the GPP-3 guidelines, plagiarism, fraud and predatory journals and innovations in publication metrics. As usual the meeting not only served as a valuable educational opportunity but also allowed plenty of time for networking with colleagues from across the MedComms business. Many thanks to AstraZeneca for hosting this valuable meeting.
